The new control line systems for the Laser Class become class legal on the 1st of October - however, we are told that the suppliers do not have enough stock of manufacturer supplied parts to offer them in anything other than pre packed kits until November 1st.
I am sure that Rooster is not the only Dealer in the world with ideas to produce a neater system - but take a look at these. Order now - we expect delivery 1st of November.
